Housing Strategy for Sunderland 2017 -2022
The Housing Strategy for Sunderland 2017 -2022 (PDF) [2MB] sets out a clear direction, over the next five years, to offer more choice in housing by developing new homes and by improving existing homes and neighbourhoods. This will help communities be stronger in the longer term and contribute to the city's prosperity and wellbeing. It also commits to supporting our most vulnerable residents to access and maintain good quality housing which meets their needs.
The delivery of the Housing Strategy is dependent on close partnership working. It is a strategy for the whole city.
