Home care
Home care services, sometimes known as domiciliary care, provide care and support into your own home to help with personal care tasks to help you stay independent for as long as possible.
You can arrange this directly with a provider or ask our team to arrange the support for you. If you ask us to arrange this support for you an assessment of your care and support needs will need to be completed to see if you meet the eligible criteria.
Support provided by home care services could include:
- getting up on a morning and going to bed at night
- getting washed and bathed
- getting dressed and undressed
- making and eating meals
- helping you to move about the home
This service is generally provided between 7am and 11pm. An overnight service is provided based on an assessment of need.
