The Telecare Response Service offers support 24/7 to customers at the press of a button. Our trained call handlers will assist you in a crisis and we will send a response officer directly to your home if you have had a fall or need urgent assistance. The Telecare Response Service is a chargeable service, but your social worker will tell you if you are eligible for assistance with costs.

If you are already a Telecare customer and you no longer need it or wish to report a technical fault, you can arrange this by contacting Sunderland Care and Support who provide the service, through their website.
