Apply for an infant, junior or primary school place - September 2025

If your child's date of birth falls between 01/09/2020 and 31/08/2021, you will need to apply for a primary school for September 2025.

If your child's date of birth falls between 01/09/2017 and 31/08/2018 and your child attends an infant school, you will need to apply for a junior school for September 2025.

• Application period - 30 September 2024 until 15 January 2025
• If your application is received after 15 January 2025, it will reduce your chance of being offered your preferred school
• Apply online and you will receive an email confirmation, once your application has been received
• National Offer Day - 16 April 2025
• If you apply online, you will receive an email confirmation about your child's school place sooner than if you apply by paper application form

We would strongly encourage parents/carers to view the admissions to primary school booklet before completing their application.
