The Right to Buy is the government scheme that could allow you to buy your current home from Sunderland City Council at a discount from its market value.

To apply for the Right to Buy you need to complete an application form and there are a number of ways that you can do this. You can complete an application form online (opens new window) or download one to complete as a pdf (opens new window), although you will need to print this off yourself and send it to us in the post or simply get in contact and we can email a form or send you a copy in the post.
