I am getting out into the community and have been out shopping today and have a hair appointment booked for next week and my confidence is back due to my time in FC and the support from staff, therapy team and the input from the mental health nurse. I was fearful of returning home and thought that it would impact my mood, my worker referred me to the CPN while in FC who re-assured me that my feelings were normal and once, I returned home my mood would improve, and it has".
